THE WORK
Forma was entering a market with established incumbents and jaded buyers. The challenge wasn't credibility — the founding team had it. The challenge was standing out without resorting to the same overclaims everyone else was making.
We developed a positioning strategy built on radical transparency: showing the data, admitting the limitations, and letting outcomes speak. In a market full of promises, honesty became the differentiator.
The brand expressed this through restraint — clean typography, precise language, no stock photography. The launch campaign focused on a single customer story told with uncommon depth.
